Janet Toote was promoted to Executive Chef at Remington’s at the Bridges. Chef Janet was born in Louisiana and grew up cooking with her family. Prior to moving to Montrose, Chef Janet worked in Crested Butte. Today, Chef Janet enjoys bringing a hearty Cajun flair and southern style to the amazing blend of Colorado flavors on the Remington’s menu.
